REFUND POLICY OF SERVICES

If we fail to start delivering your order within 48 hours after payment then you are entitled to a refund. However, if it’s a system issue such as problems with your profile, customer likes, or government restrictions then we will try to solve the issue within the shortest time possible to start the service. All issues within our control we will be held accountable and will not give excuses. However, issues beyond our control may require time to solve, and that will need an understanding between us and you.

Is it possible to cancel and order and get a refund?

Yes. If an order has not been processed or has not started that you can cancel it and get a refund. The only time when you are not eligible for a refund is when the service delivery has already started. Our system is automated and therefore if the order has already started it cannot generate a refund. If you want to cancel an order, you are required to conduct us first in order to initiate the cancellation of the order. Remember that if you cancel an order that is already in progress then you will not get any refund.
